We ate at 1030 as brunch so there was no queue gladly. The chicken soba was sooooo good. Started by eating the soba noodle itself only, I tasted the wheat flavour and I love it. The soup was so rich and bubbly and flavourful. The meat so tender and oishi. Suggest to order the beef sushi as well! Good value for money and its even better than what we had in a Kobe Wagyu restro. 10/10!

Nice and unique ramen experience. The broth is umami and not too salty. The added fried gobo root gives a different texture to the ramen. The portion big and hearty, justifying the price. The special craft beer is okay but a bit expensive. I finished the whole bowl broth and all. Highly recommended.

One of the best ramen I've had in a while. They are famous for their chicken-broth ramen or dipping noodles (tsukemen). I got the special tsukemen set (1460yen for the set which comes with egg, burdock root, sliced pork + chicken). The first dip of the noodles blew me away, because of how rich and creamy the dipping sauce was. The strong chicken flavour was well balanced by the more neutral tasting noodles, but isn't overwhelming. The pork and chicken was great, but really, the noodles and broth/dipping sauce was enough. They gave a small side of ginger. I was worried a first about how "spicy" it might be, but it went really well with the broth. Gave it a slightly new flavour profile (reminded me of hainanese chicken rice), which was fun. To order and get in, you have to queue outside. There will be a machine where you have to put in your coins/cash and click the item you want. A small order slip will drop out. If you have change, press the refund button. If you do not have small notes, they also have a small money exchange machine beside so fret not. Once it is your turn, someone will come out to take your order slip, and you will be guided to your seat.

I visited this store on my first day night to Kobe. As it was deep night, it was lucky to see this store open up to late. I visited many ramen stores here and there, but this store offers unique and interesting taste. Someone may find this may resemble his or her local food (Ex. 설렁탕 for Korean). And all staffs' hospitality when I leave the store was impressive. One drawback is that this store does not accept card. You must have a cash to use a vending machine.

Visited on a weekday evening for dinner and no need to wait at around 6pm. Queue starts around 7pm. Staff were super warm and friendly. Dine as you watch the chef prepares the noodles bowl by bowl. It’s definitely a dining experience. The ramen was elegantly prepared and delicious. Super worth for the price you’re paying. Hidden gem and definitely worth a try.

I was greedy and ordered the special ramen, fried chicken and a beer but it was all eaten and was worth the small wait in the queue. The food was lovely and staff friendly and it was a clean restaurant. If you're in the area it's recommended to try it out.

I discovered this gem when I explored the area. My wife and I ordered the chicken ramen as we wanted to try something different from the usual tonkotsu or shoyu options. And it didn't disappoint. The setup is classic - buy your ticket from the machine out front and wait to be seated. What struck me immediately was the incredible value - at 1400 yen (about $13 CAD), this is a steal for the quality you get. The broth is rich, clean and flavourful without being heavy. The chicken is perfectly cooked - tender and flavorful. The toppings (I believe deep fried fish) are a perfect complement and add a wonderful layer of texture that I haven't encountered at other ramen shops. I will definitely come back next time I visit Osaka.
